Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mapped by the Stars (“the Site”), operated by HeartSync Media LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site or use our Services.

Description of Services

Mapped by the Stars provides natal chart generation, astrological interpretation, and related content services (“Services”). Our chart calculations are performed using the Swiss Ephemeris, an industry-standard astronomical calculation engine. Interpretations are generated through a combination of traditional astrological frameworks and AI-assisted synthesis.

Nature of Astrological Content

Important: Astrological interpretations provided by our Services are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice.

Our natal chart reports and interpretations are based on astronomical calculations and archetypal frameworks. They should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation with qualified practitioners in any field. You acknowledge that astrological interpretation is subjective and that individual experiences may vary significantly.

User Accounts and Birth Data

When using our chart generation services, you provide birth data including name (or alias), date, time, and location of birth. You represent that:

• You are providing your own birth data or have permission to provide another person’s birth data.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
• The information you provide is provided voluntarily.

You may use a pseudonym or alias when generating charts. We do not verify the identity of users based on birth data provided.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HeartSync Media LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• Site design, layout, and visual elements
• Original interpretation text and report content
• The “Mapped by the Stars” name and branding
• Proprietary interpretation taxonomy and frameworks
• Software and source code

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

Natal charts generated through our Services are derived from your input data and astronomical calculations. You retain the right to share your own chart results. However, the interpretive text, design elements, and report structure remain our intellectual property.

Email Communications

By subscribing to our waitlist or creating an account, you consent to receive email communications from us, including product updates, feature announcements, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from our Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
• Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our interpretation content.
• Impersonate another person or provide false birth data for the purpose of generating charts about someone without their knowledge or consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Astrological interpretations will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your individual circumstances.
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeartSync Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on astrological content provided by our Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or via email to registered users. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
